Between May 13 and June 7 we spoke with about 420 employees across the City of Guelph in three workshops (May 13 and 14) and at 21 travelling roadshows (May 19 to June 7).

Using our June 1 employee count, that’s the equivalent of more than a third (35 per cent) of our 1,193 full-time employees and close to a quarter (21 per cent) of all employees including seasonal, part-time and contract. That’s an excellent turn out considering the short amount of notice provided for the events.
